By accessing this website and engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Growth Studio HQ Ltd provides commercial growth consulting, digital strategy, and related services. The scope of each engagement is defined in a separate proposal or agreement.

3. Commercial Growth Assessment

The Commercial Growth Assessment is provided free of charge and carries no obligation. Insights and recommendations provided are based on publicly available information and industry benchmarks, and do not constitute guarantees of future revenue.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Growth Studio HQ Ltd. Reports, proposals, and deliverables created for clients remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point they are licensed for the client's internal use.

5. Payment Terms

Engagement fees are payable as agreed in the proposal. Monthly retainers are billed in advance. Setup fees are due before work commences. Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding any claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
